Shipping Service & Cost

• We only deliver to locations in India at this time. For orders over Rs. 700 from thenila.in, delivery is now free of charge, subject to the shipping guidelines and limitations listed below. Orders under this amount are subject to a shipping fee of Rs. 50 per order, which includes all taxes.

Delivery Guide

• We strive to ship each item in your order within 2 business days of order confirmation. However, in certain cases, processing may take up to 4 business days. If we are unable to fulfill your order within the expected time frame, we will notify you accordingly. Please note that during sale and peak periods, processing times may be longer. Our delivery times are provided as an estimate and may vary.

Rules & Restrictions

• Orders are processed and delivered on business days only, which are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. A signature will be required for all deliveries. Due to logistical challenges in delivering to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and/or apply additional terms and conditions. These may include, but are not limited to, requiring a minimum order value for certain deliveries. Our Customer Care team will inform you of any cancellations or additional conditions after your order is placed.

Delivery Problems

• If our shipping provider is unable to deliver to the provided address, a second attempt will be made on the next business day. In the event of a third failed delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned, and a refund will be processed for all prepaid orders. If your parcel has been returned, please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.

Order Processing Time

• Most orders begin processing immediately after your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once the items are in stock. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days.
